PHOTOGRA! respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the PHOTOGRA! app and its related services.

Camera / Photos

PHOTOGRA! uses your camera and photos to capture or import images and create 3D models.

Camera and photo access is used only when necessary to provide features requested by you.

Captured or imported photos are not automatically uploaded to PHOTOGRA!’s cloud services.

On-Device Processing

Supported 3D reconstruction, image processing, masking, model generation, and related operations are performed on your device.

Locally processed data remains on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that requires an online service.

Local Projects & 3D Models

Projects, images, generated 3D models, and related information may be stored locally on your device.

You can manage locally stored content through PHOTOGRA!.

Web Share

Web Share is optional.

When you choose to use Web Share, the selected 3D model and information necessary to provide the sharing service are uploaded to PHOTOGRA!’s cloud infrastructure.

PHOTOGRA! does not upload your 3D models to Web Share without an action initiated by you.

Share ID

Share IDs, model metadata, and related information may be processed to provide and manage access to shared 3D models.

Please protect passwords and other information used to access your shared content.

Cloud Storage / Database

PHOTOGRA! uses third-party cloud infrastructure to provide Web Share.

Cloudflare R2
Used to store 3D model files that you choose to upload through Web Share.

Supabase
Used to manage information required to operate Web Share, including sharing-related records and model metadata.

These services process information as necessary to provide the relevant PHOTOGRA! functionality.

Data Use

Data handled by PHOTOGRA! is used to:

• provide requested app functionality;

• create and manage 3D content;

• provide Web Share;

• maintain and secure the service; and

• troubleshoot and improve PHOTOGRA! where applicable.

Stellar Rockets LLC does not sell your personal information.

Data Retention / Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the relevant application data.

Data uploaded through Web Share may be retained as necessary to provide the sharing service and for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes.

Where supported, shared content may be deleted through PHOTOGRA! or its related services.

You may contact PHOTOGRA! Support regarding privacy or deletion requests.

Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect data handled through PHOTOGRA! and its related services.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

PHOTOGRA! does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond information necessary to provide user-initiated functionality.

Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as PHOTOGRA!’s features, services, service providers, or legal requirements change.
